I wanted to start this thread because I think it would be therapeutic and good to share ideas on how to get comfortable.
I will Start:
I am most comfortable when I dont have any socks or shoes on and I am in shorts laying on my leather sofa on my back. As long as I am on it with my feet up I feel almost normal.
My feet are most comfortable when I am wearing my big comfy slipper with extra padding on the feet.
Oh and the feeling of a nice warm bath and being submerged in water.

I would say I am most comfortable when I am sitting down with a neck roll (soft one) is behind my Neck. and my Right elbow is propped up on an arm rest and my Right hand is held in kind of like a sling. (I often have thought that if I had a sling my right side would not hurt) But I need to keep moving it! I also feel best when laying down with a heating pad under my neck and shoulder blades.

In my chair with my laptop and the remote! We shopped a lot of stores until I found a chair that was comfortable. I need a stiff backed chair that doesn't swallow me up.
Next thing is on my motorcycle. I have purchased a nice seat for it and I am making changes to my handle bar set up to sit me up straighter. As long as I have something to lean against I can stay on the bike for hours.
Besides my wife and family the motorcycle is about the only thing that helps me stay sane!!!

OK, I'm ready for a bath, TV, glass of wine, remote, and EZ chair! Actually my favorite spot is bed, watching TV or reading. I think elevatingmy feet, however I do it, is great. But--I found I have a very hard time getting out of the tub! 'Scuze me whilst I go lay down!

Sitting on the couch with my feet up (recliner sofa), wearing soft clothes, especially soft/fuzzy socks.
A glass of wine would really top things off - - but it really hits me now that I'm on Lyrica...

Great Topic! I am most comfy when laying on our hard/crappy futon with my feet up. I am also most comfy when I am wearing nothing on my feet, shorts and a soft blanket over me. Most of the time my legs are hot but feet, to me, feel ice cold (but there not really). Anyways I have to lay down flat to be most comfy!

Isn't it funny that we all have said almost the same things that keep us comfortable. I was going to say as well, that I am most comfortable with my fluffy socks on and laying propped up in my bed ready to watch my favorite TV shows, after my two children go to bed. I love to watch "Men In Trees" and "October Road" and yes, call me "cheesy", but "Desperate Housewives" too. I can get into a tub, but I can't seem to bend down on my knees to get myself out of the tub, any suggestions???

Hi, I am most comfortable when I am lying down on my bed on my stomach. All the pressure is off my back.

I am most comfortable propped up in my bed with a heating pad on my pain sites. There is hardly a day that goes by that I don't use it.

Yup, I love those heating pads! My whole mattress cover is a heating pad. It is much more effective than an electric blanket on top of me. I also wear a microwavable heat pack around my neck during the day. That feels good, but looks ridiculous, so I don't wear it outside! I am most comfortable in a really hot, long shower with the water pointed at my neck. Teresa
