Hey Everyone, I had a thought. How come we don't have a chat room like some other groups? I know we used to do conference calls, but I was just wondering. Maybe it just isn't possible? I don't even know how to go about getting one started, but maybe it would be something good for us. Cindy

	2 surgeries--1st 1996, guy couldn't find it. 2nd was Jallo, in 2004; he got it all, C2-C4; probably astrocytoma; but also got a nasty staph infection, requiring another surgery. Holding my own.

You can always chat on the Yahoo messenger or some kind of messenger. We use to do this but not enough of partcipation and we stop doing it. But i'm sure if someone wanted to get it started again and post the date and time that would work out and would be free to anyone who wanted to partcipated. Please don't think i'm volunteering to do this because i'm not and I have enough to handle but if Cindy or Joel or whoever wanted to it could be a good thing.

I was diagnosed in June of 1994. First surgery: July 7th, 1994 by Dr. Richard G Fessler at Shand Hospital in Gainesville, FL Ependymoma, C2-T2. Second Surgery: September 7th, 1994 with a fusion from C2-T2. Six months later went through 33 radiation treatments by Dr.Gerald Lowery at the West Florida Cancer Institute in Pensacola, FL. Still have a little tumor left. (President of the SCTA, Inc.)

I would love to do a chatroom. I'm usually free in the evenings, after 7:00EST. My friend joined a support group for weight watchers and they have a chatroom and she has become so close to the other members and I am sooooooo jeoulous. Let me know.

Two surgeries for an ependymona, second one done by Dr. Jallo. the surgeries were done in 2002/2003 and 98% of tumor was removed. As of this date, left with deficits but staying positive and keeping mobile!

	Grade II Intramedullary Ependymoma at C6. Aborted surgery in Sept 2007 followed by resection in Nov 2007, both at Walter Reed Army Medical Center by Dr. Patrick Cooper.

I have skype too. Can we do a conference call on skype? For anyone who doesn't know about skype, go to skype.com and download the standard version for free. Then you can search on people's names and put them on your call list. You can call anyone anywhere for free if they also have skype. Otherwise you can call anyone anywhere for about 2 cents/minute.
