Low grade Intramedullary Ependymoma from C4 to T6. Surgery in March 2000 - 99% resected.

	Intramedullary Ependymoma T9 - S3. Surgery completed May 22, 2007 by Dr. Haq. Original surgery for Intramedullary ependymoma in lumbar region completed in 1990 by Dr. Chaudhuri followed by 6 weeks of radiation.

	Tumor @ C-6/7 (Probably an ependymoma per Dr. Jallo) Tumor 1st discovered June 2007. No surgeries yet (Dr. Jallo said to wait.) Annual MRIs. Neuropathy, neck & shoulder pain, & lots of weired sensations!
