This guy has got to be one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. He performed my Laminectomy on Nov 5, 2008.
6 hour surgery - He took out a little, but couldn't remove the tumor. He patched my dura to give a bit more room for the tumor in the future if needed. I was in the hospital a total of 11 days.
I am not sure if I have any deficits from the surgery since I went into full brain and spine radiation treatment 8 weeks after surgery. So I am still feeling pretty rough, but I think it is mostly due to the radiation. I do want to say that Waziri did do an awesome job since I only really experienced 'normal' recovery issues from the back surgery. (from what I can remember)
