Hello Everyone..I have been home since Thursday, wobbly, tender and very tired but okay. They could not do the robot surgery because the cyst had attached to the side wall. But at least I got to see the machine. And I got to see all the pics after. So I have an incision. And many staples. And I will never want for a pierced belly button, believe me! But so far all is going okay. My balance is not very good. I am finding that the more time I spend not moving, a lot of my usual numbness is worse in my feet. That was a toughie to explain to them in the hospital! So I have been sleeping a lot, watching TV and shuffling around my apartment. Food does not taste good to me at all yet..except for iced tea and peanut butter cups. All in all I am doing well. I hope to chime in more next week when the staples come out. Gee-ouchie!!! Cindy

Hi Cindy, Welcome back. It's interesting that you mention not being able to do much and loosing some of the strenght and balance that you had gained back. I often wonder how, if I get the flu or something else that keeps me down in bed, how much muscle strenght I would loose and how much more I would have to work to get it back. Well, now you answered that question. Take it easy, though, because if you rush things you won't heal in that area. Barb

Glad you are home! Take it easy on the peanut butter cups! They were my downfall after my second surgery!!! The white Chocolate ones ! Honestly happy to see you posting! I am sure it is good to be home! Beth
