As most of you know, I have been trying to find the courage to ride my horse again. I am happy to say that on Saturday, I mustered up the courage and rode him after he hasn't been worked in over a year. He did wonderfully and stood like a soldier for me to get on and he even wrapped his head around my while I was getting in the saddle as if to see what in the world was taking so long. It takes me awhile to get on, but thank God he waited and didn't take off or spook. I did wear my helmet, so I was taking precautinary measures. I feel relieved that I finally did it!!!!!! Congrats. to anyone else out there who has conquered something that they were afraid to try again. ;D

Congrats on your accomplishment! Now as you move forward, more things won't seem as difficult as they did earlier. Good news! Nice to hear people returning to some sort of normalcy in their lives.

Good Job! From one horse love to another, it is like being at home and at peace again.

;DWOW...CONGRATULATIONS! I hope my return to riding is as successful (and uneventful). My grown daughter and I are busy making plans for me to ride again out at the ranch. She's going to put me on the Grandkids "Babysitter" horse named "Crow Bait". I've ridden all my life...but this seems like such a scary thing to overcome. Soooooo glad you were able to conquer your fears and do what every horse loving nut out there hopes for..... BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN! Congrats! Day
