Just wondering how much you are taking?
( from Gary's wife, as I am the one who usually keeps track of supplements we take)

I tried it and as a matter of fact still have the bottle at work but I did not notice a difference from it. Everyone is different though and Hey its worth a shot.

Anybody have any positive results with Magnesium? My husband Gary is almost 3 weeks post surgery, and in a rehab institution now. I took in his regular supplements (vitamins and minerals, including Magnesium) for him, but the pharmacist nixxed the magnesium, saying it has a laxative effect and would complicate the bowel program he is on. So he can't use Magnesium for now. But I'm interested if anyone found it helped at all.

laxative effect? Hey, that alone may make it worth a shot!

As soon as I read garyw's post I knew Joel would be the first to respond. Good to see I wasn't disappointed
