It has been months that we are experiencing this Covid-19 pandemic. And it is has been really tough in my case. Considering that I had to stop taking care of my parents especially my Dad who's in bed since last year and had to ask a friend in my neighborhood to help because of me contracting the virus last month. And now there are news telling us here that another lockdown will be in place due to high cases of Covid-19. This year is very tiresome for me both in physical and mental health. I apologize if I sound like ranting but I just want to share this to you all and know how you guys been doing all this time?

Hi cargette, I hope that you are doing fine, with all that's happening around us, being strong mentally and physically is all that we should do to survive in this pandemic. I live in rural east Texas. Many people here still think it’s a hoax. I see more and more people wearing masks, but still, there are many who do not. This state has topped one million cases and is closing on 20,000 deaths, yet still, deniers fight restrictions in places like El Paso, where they have ten mobile morgue trucks set up and they’re ordering more. I just found out about this article and I thought I could share and leave it here, a good read for most of us that's trying to maintain our mental well-being during these days. Thank you mettledmillie. My family and I have been doing fine here. I guess it will never be easy to change people's perspectives, especially during this pandemic. There will always be conspiracies and people who support it. I just wish that this pandemic will end and that vaccines will do its job once it comes available. By the way, I found your article to be really helpful for me.
