Hi John, I read that you had called Lyndhurst, I can tell you that the usual stay is three months, they offer hydrotherapy as well, and most importantly there is a TIMS 5 minutes away!!!!!!!!! Also, I don't know where you live in Canada, but there is a wonderful org called Hope Air that will fly you to and from hospital for free, they also let my husband accompany me to and from PEI to Toronto.
