Hello, I' had a back injury in 2004(herniated disk) that an MRI was performed in connection with. That MRI confirmed that I had a herniated disk and a nerve sheath tumor at L4. The tumor was spherical and measured 8mm. I have typically had monitoring MRIs performed annually.. There has been no change detected in the past 12 years, my question is wether anyone has experienced a similar holding pattern followed by the tumor awakening and growth beginning again?
Prior to the identification of this tumor no others had presented. Last year , I noticed a lump on my arm and the neuro confirmed through an MRI that it was a nerve sheath tumor and should've be removed Surgery went well.no residual issues. Just curious if anyone has experienced anything similar.
Thanks
