Does anyone have or have used a hand bike? I was looking at some online (not that i can afford the ones i saw), and was curious about how they ride... maybe there are some used ones out there for sale?
Sure would be nice to get out of the wheelchair and go biking again, and i sure could use the cardio workout from it.
