I think there may be some confusion in how to create a New Post on this forum. It is not clearly marked so, I thought I'd point it out for those new here. Find " NEW THREAD ", located to the right-side of the page and very close to " Last Post ". Located on this page where all the subject titles are located: spinalcordtumor.proboards54.com/index.cgi?board=generalHope this helps, Robert

Bumping this up.
Folks, if you want to write your SCT story, I'll publish it on the website's People page.
Just send me an email if you need instructions.

Hi, Robert:
One feature missing from this new board is the option of staying informed by email whenever you've posted on a topic and further postings are added. Any chance of that being added to this site?
Thanks for making it work again!

Hey Bill,
Yes, the forum does in fact have the ability to notify us when someone responds to a specific thread. I'm glad you brought this up because I haven't really taken the time to study the forum's user manual and your question persuaded me to do so! So, here's what I learned:
On any specific topic (thread) of your interest, find the "bookmark" link in the upper left of the forum and click to bookmark.
Next, go to where you manage your profile and find "Manage bookmarks." Here you will see how you can direct forum responses to your Email Inbox.
There is a video tutorial which can be found through the Help link above. I believe you must be logged in to see it. Click "Member Guide" and "Bookmark".
Again, thanks for bringing this topic up!
Robert

Thanks, Robert.
By following your advice, I also found that I was able to add my signature (as I had in the previous board) through modifying my profile.
