Hey Guys i think that lipoma is a harmless growth consisting of adipose cells. It is the most common way of smooth cells growth.Lipomas are smooth to the contact, usually portable, and they are pain-free. Many lipomas are small but can expand to styles higher than six inches. Thanks a lot!!

Well Alison, yes a lipoma would normally be harmless, however, when it is in or pushing on your spinal cord that is not the case; and thus in our cases can cause much pain. But thank you for the info

Lipomas are collections of fat deep under the skin. They are often painless but can have blood vessels or nerves trapped within them, leading to pain. Any skin mass should be evaluated by your doctor. Small lipomas that do not bother are usually left alone. Large, growing, or painful ones can be removed surgically with local anesthesia ( www.rx-discountcoupons.com/pharmacies/1-pharm-com/). There have been attempts to remove them with liposuction and mesotherapy as well, although surgical excision is still the treatment of choice. Some people have many lipomas, a condition which can run in the family. There is no oral treatment for lipomas.
