	Spinal cord ependymoma at T7-9 and syrnix from C4-T10. Surgery 1 was 5/1/01 which removed 80% of the tumor and drained most of syrnix. Surgery 2 was 12/1/04 and it removed the rest of the tumor and drained syrnix. Surgery 3 12/23/04 to clean out back of MRSA caught during 12/1 surgery. Surgery 4 was 8/15/07 to de-tether cord. Pain pump 1 was 10/02 and new pump was 1/08. ( needed new battery )
