I've had four surgeries for a dermoid/epidermoid tumor at L1-L2. After my third surgery in 2013, I wasn't able to sit or stand without a lot of pain. Had a fourth surgery two months ago, but still have the pain in my buttocks and legs when sitting for more than 2or 3 minutes. Spend most of my time lying down. I was on gabapentin, up to 3200 mg a day, but it didn't help, so I eventually weaned myself from that. Have tried tramadol, and Advil. The Advil helps a little, but bothers my stomach. Also have lots of numbness in my buttocks, right leg, and feet. Does anyone have a similar problem? I'd appreciate any suggestions and advice. Thanks.
