my sister has astrocytoma

Hi,

an arachnoid cyst was removed from my sister's lumbar area just last december but aside from that, ccording to the doctor, the MRI results showing astrocytoma thats why she cannot still walk and having pains on her nape. but no biopsy done yet. I would just like to ask, if she will undergo another surgery, how much is the cost, and do you know a good doctor probably in NY or nearby state? thanks

If your sister can go to Baltimore, MD there a very good NS there. Here is his mailing address and email address. If your sister got a copy of her latest MRI she can send that to him and he will look at it for free and then contact you by phone or email to tell you if he can help you or he may be able to refer you to another NS closer to you.
