I think Went said that when he woke up from surgery he cussed out all of his doctors.

Cussing sounds like a good idea! I don't know about you, but when I woke up I just wanted them to give me more anesthesia. It was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. The worst of it only lasted for a day, until the muscle spasm hit 2 days later!

Went, it's obvious we shop at the same clothing store. On a more serious note, I'da canceled, quick. It's enough of a rush (in more ways than one) to get our affairs in order for something of this magnitude. I might have even been more than a little rude w/the cancel call. Something like "Go ahead and start w/o me if I'm not there on time. Oh, here's a quarter. Call me when ya get a clue." I have the highest respect for Dr. Jallo and his abilities but.... I woulda canceled that dinner date under those circumstances even if Jesus himself was wielding the knives. -Mike

AMEN TO THAT SCRAPHEAP
That is the type of feed back they would have got from my end of the phone. I know they're good over there.... but where's the compassion for Robby and his loving family.
I sure hope the procedure went off without a hitch and that he is doing better than that awful first day out of recovery. The memory I have of that point in my recovery is just horrible. It is such an invasive procedure, in fact it defines invasive.
It may be some time before we hear from him..... I'm sure we are all putting prayers out there for him.
Thats all I've got... damn I am spent just thinking about it.
later peps.......................Throeback
