Hey pringleman, oramorph is oral morphine, I ditched that idea because of the dreaded constipation...
You asked about the spasticity, this is my biggest problem right now, seems like the rt has damaged my upper motor neurons, I don't spasm so much but my increased tone is giving me big problems, I also have clonus in my left ankle. Mornings are the worst yes, since my muscles have to work as I get up, they go into increased tone mode and I can't do much with them. Currently taking baclofen, but they aren't doing much, my only relieve comes from smoking some cannabis, just a few puffs and I get almost instant relief.. Best muscle relaxer out there IMO!!
Oh ya, I found that constipation/full bladder/anxiety/stress all contribute towards spasms/increased tone. I never thought that spasticity would turn out to be my biggest issue.
Good to see you back and sounding well after your treatment!!

The doctors at Swedish Neurosciences told me that they don't know why they start on their own in the spinal cord in the first place so they have no way of knowing if they will come back. This is why it's important to do the follow up scans.

I am not expert, but cannabidiol can really do miracles. I try to avoid THC as much as possible and to vape pure cannabidiol, can do that only due to special cbd cartridges and vaping, unfortunately smoking is not healthy and edibles can't provide with a strong enough effect.
