Hi Everyone,
I posted several months ago. I've had my third MRI and the tumor hasn't grown! However, I've been having a lot of headaches, pain in the C3 and C4 area. My balance seems to be off also and the head just doesn't feel right. I don't know if I'm just worried about this silly tumor or if these are symtoms that are a result of the tumor. Has anyone also experienced the same symptoms?
Thanks, Jan

Jan, Have you spoken with your doctor about these symptoms? I don't know how big your tumor is but I think doctors need to consider symptoms as well as tumor size when they look at whether you are staying the same or getting worse. Could the tumor be putting pressure on the nerves, even if the size is the same? That might be a good question to ask your doctor. Please don't ignore your symptoms - if they are real they are sure to get worse if you ignore them. Let us know how things go for you.

I had a meningioma removed from C3-C5 a year ago (today) and had balance issues with it to say nothing of the tingling, numbness, lack of ability to tell temperature with my feet and fingers, and autonomic issues like gastroparesis, bowel, bladder, breathing and other issues. Mine had filled my entire spinal canal, squishing my spinal cord to 1/7th of its normal size when it was found. I would guess yours was found much earlier and is smaller.
