Hello all, just an update! Had 2 tumours removed 4 days ago! Just finished my days of bed rest and today was allowed up and about. Is it bad?... Yes, but it's not as bad as everyone fears! My tumours have been sent to pathology for testing, and my very brilliant surgeon at Charing Cross Hospital in London removed all of them. So far I don't feel any numbness, tingling or loss of mobility or sensation, it's early days but I am hopeful that I have very little neurological deficit. And all the pain I had before is gone! I still have my drain in which will be removed tomorrow, my neurosurgeon seemed to think that if I sprung a leek it was better out than in. I think so far I am very fortunate and am thankful to be here and have all ten toes wiggling!
And my biggest tumour was 2cm at its largest point!!
