Symptoms - bloating, could no longer zip pants, thought I had a bladder infection but labs kept coming back negative.
CT and Ultrasound showed mass - it was believed to be my right ovary. B/C it was so large she did a full abdominal surgery - slice and dice and called a different surgeon in the middle of the surgery
to ask what to do. He told her to sew me up. So I will now have a second incision ribcage to groin this time.
Just wondering if anyone else has had misdiagnoses and if you were able to request a discount on surgical fees b/c of it. I cannot afford the 5k out of pocket a second time around.
